Many peoeple are graduating from University incapable of holding a real job writing real programs - but they didn't know realize what was happening to them until it was too late. Given the disparity in the amounts "coding talent" present amongst different CS students and just how much many students study and get very little in exchange, is it the universities duty to inform and educate aspiring programmers about the _real_ world and _real_ CS jobs?
