The goal of this course is to prepare Project Managers and other business leaders to appreciate, create and manage communications effectively to reduce project risks and align organizations towards successful project outcomes.

Closing Projects
The Closing Projects course assists Project Managers in implementing the proper closing steps in their projects and helps understand the value of starting the closing process from the beginning of the project to ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
