At the moment I have 104 active subscriptions on my reader, mostly development stuff, and I can barely keep up. I do not really read all the stuff that gets posted - I scan with my eyes: the question is how much is too much?

About 30-40, I tend to have trouble following. Most interesting stuff also comes out on dzone and similar aggregators, so I guess really I could settle with just 10-15.

Only dzone, and even so sometimes I don't have time to read it daily, like now, reading posts two weeks old...
