I looked at the system tray.... NONE of the programs there use the native Windows UI! ... Then I looked at the Quick Launch bar to the left ... Then I looked at the Start Menu... 90% of programs do NOT use the native look and feel. Finally, here is the small list of programs that *do* use the native UI....
