I looked at the system tray.... NONE of the programs there use the native Windows UI! ... Then I looked at the Quick Launch bar to the left ... Then I looked at the Start Menu... 90% of programs do NOT use the native look and feel. Finally, here is the small list of programs that *do* use the native UI....

Ok, it's a very good posting. Points out a lot, and is quite correct. Though, FYI just because by-and-large standards are ignored, doesn't mean that they should be. Either way...
