I can totally relate. I am constantly being hammered with 3 or 4 projects at a time and find it incredibly difficult to keep mentally shifting gears between multiple tasks. Whenever my manager pops in, I get this little feeling in the pit of my stomach, and just know my productivity will be shot for the rest of the day. I do know for a lot of people it is a piece of cake to jump between multiple projects. What's the trick?
