Here is the JS summary for my free book about how to create an Ajax Library for ASP.NET. All chapters so far have been focusing on the core JavaScript parts though, so most of this should be valid as long as you're creating an Ajax Library for any platform (or no platform - pure "JS library") All the content in "the book" is Free Documentation Public License (FDPL - means copy, redistribute and modify as you wish :)
