Here's a nice to have Effect class for those with emerging Ajax Library developers inside of themselves :) I myself think that this is probably the "most generalized" effect class possible to create in JavaScript and very versatile for creating specialized "extension effects" on top of. Code at blog is MIT licensed, blog itself is GFDL (meaning you could even "steal" my entire blog if you wanted to)
