Hudson is without a doubt the best tool I have used this year in my projects. Continous integration is very important in an Agile development environment, but it most often involved developers committing time and effort into making it happen and it's a consistent effort that never seems to end. Hudson and Cruise Control are two solutions that change all that.

Eh, I gave up on Hudson after about the fortieth (no exaggeration) crash. Increasing memory, using different containers, chasing versions, skipping targets (not doing site builds, eventually not doing deploys), nothing *really* helped. But it's so damn pretty. After about the tenth false positive for a failed build, I canned it and wrote my own. Lame I know, but at least mine works.
