Ideas are a work of art
When you think about it, most of us in the IT field are paid to solve problems. Sure there are some routine tasks that we do that don’t really require us to think a lot. But for the most part, I’m convinced that we solve problems for a living.

Article isn't terrible, but certainly misnamed, and there are plenty of other mixed metaphors and equivocation besides. This post has nothing to do with art, very little to do with ideas, and everything to do with validating your sense of worth.
