Atlassian and WANdisco have announced 2 new products that address 2 problems with the world best issue tracker.
First, scaling. WANdisco have applied their active / active replication technology to support JIRA clustering. This allows developers to load balance across multiple servers.
Second, high availability. Here they actually cluster over a WAN. So each development site can have its' own server.
