Oracle's Java site is live. I don't know why GlassFish still lives, Oracle has better webservers/containers.. I do like jRockit on there, much better JVM.

The beast within Oracle is out. JDeveloper is preferred everywhere over NetBeans. I was surprised to see JDeveloper in the "Top Downloads" and NetBeans in "New Downloads". Wonder will NetBeans ever make it to the "Top Downloads" section. Thanks Oracle for killing Java slowly. What's next? Glassfish, OpenSolaris and more..?

GlassFish lives because it serves a different market. The pricing is much more affordable, it is open source, and those who use GlassFish would never want to go back to Tomcat. GlassFish is the best open source Java EE application server on the market, and some customers would argue that it is better than WebLogic and WebSphere in many areas.
