Joel Spolsky and Jeff Atwood (and some other no-name programmers) have, in their infinite wisdom, decided to create a website called Stack Overflow designed to help programmers get their hard questions answered.

Experts will already avoid stackoverflow if they ever happened to have overheard the stackoverflow podcast. I'm sure Joel flies first class and stuff but by God, I would much rather be talking to Jeff on coach!
