vegUI is a javascript based window manager or widget collection. A user-interface system. A framework for dynamic web applications. I am not sure what to call it :) Version 2.0.5 brings a fairly big change, as vegUI is now distributed under the MIT license which allows you to use it in any project as long as you include vegUI's copyright message.
