We recently opened the doors to the TextRazor beta with a little link on Hacker News. As well as generating some awesome feedback from the community it served as a good load test on the backend, peaking at around 200 concurrent requests coming from the demo page and through the API. Now things have quietened down a bit I figured it's a good time to talk a bit about how we handle routing, scaling and load balancing.
