The SC8810 from Spreadtrum is made with 40nm CMOS silicon and is a highly integrated, low-power platform for TD-SCMDA mainstream smartphones. Combining a Cortex A5 1GHz processor, a dedicated GPU for graphics acceleration, and power management, the single-chip solution supports multimode TD-HSPA/TD-SCDMA/EDGE/GPRS/GSM. Reducing the design time and resources required to provide new handsets to market, the SC8810 is delivered with turnkey Android and systems software.
