Well, DZone and StackOverflow serves two very different purposes and I am not sure what the "value" of an Open Source version of a system like DZone would be ...
Though with StackOverflow the value is easily seen since everyone who needs "questions asked and answered" would need something like SO. This happens to include a *huge* number of people ranging from "bakery websites", "Dr. Phil2.0.com" to Ra-Ajax...
