The (probably) final release candidate for Subversion 1.5 is available. Read what's new and download pre-release binaries for testing.

How can you call something a "final release candidate" ?
The idea of a release candidate is that it may actually become the Real Thing (tm), unless some serious error is found. If it's the *final* release candidate, than it's thus actually the real thing already and doesn't have to be called a release candidate.

Nah, just expecting it is the final one and giving users/testers a change to say otherwise before General Availability (the idea of Subversion's Release Candidates is getting the user community actively involved in testing). An RC8 with one more API fix might actually come out.
