Apparently Sun hasn't officially listed themselves as an Eclipse mirror. And since there's no link to download Eclipse say, right next to the NetBeans download link, I can only assume that Sun is hijacking off the Eclipse popularity. I'm guessing there's probably grounds for some legal action here, though I doubt it will be taken.

Agree. however, I can imagine there would be a cow in Suntown if they saw an ad headlined "Download NetBeans" that went to the Eclipse.org site... At the very least seems like a lack of class to utilize a competitor's name to drive traffic to your own site. Google is like a box of chocolates...
