Windows Phone 8 has come out many years too late from a company most people don't like or trust. Microsoft burned its customers so many times, such as with Vista and Windows Phone 7 phones, which *can never* run Windows Phone 8! These are the main reason Windows Phone 8 is failing in the market and will continue to fail. It's not impossible for Microsoft to succeed with Windows Phone >8, just very unlikely. It would also require that Android and Apple fail badly for many years, which is also unlikely. What is likely, is that we are witnessing the beginning of the end for Microsoft.
