The biggest demotivator for programmer
There are two types of tasks that come to my mind when I think about what demotivates me the most: maintaining the ugly code and doing something useless (which often means doing something that I don’t believe in).

That describes my current situation, I work for a great supervisor and a great team; however I wish the projects were entirely different.
