The DJ Project is a set of tools to enhance the user experience of Java on the Desktop. Currently, the DJ Project features a useful Windows shell extension to make JAR files first class applications on the Windows platform. Additionaly, a Java utility called DJ Tweak allows to customize a JAR file from a graphical user interface as well as an Ant task.

Chris sent me a copy of the DJ shell extension before he got the SF project registered. Trust me, this would be really really cool of this caught on or was included in the JRE.
