Tonight I relaunch my website as a HTML wordpress template for the first time. For the last 5 years or so I have always run a Flash based website. I even sold the flash wordpress template to lots of other enthusiastic people (note: still for sale). So why have I gone HTML? Several reasons

I would have thought that SEO would have been a reason! The sample page for his WordPress Flash plugin (which renders EVERYTHING on the page as Flash) is in Google's index, but if you search Google for a term on that page, you won't find it! That's because although Google knows about the page, it has no content for Google to index, except for a single SWF object...

Let's not even get started on Accessibility. Make me want to cry...
