sounds like Python... it definitely doesn't suck and it's not close to being as pretty as Ruby (since OO seems to be a tacked on afterthought as opposed to being part of initial design)

I'll give the guy credit for one thing, he actually gave a timeframe during which his prediction is supposed to come true (18-24 months) unlike most self-styled technology prognosticators. (Which is just about everyone with a technology-oriented blog.)
