The blog is comparing ruby to java and poking at java. It would be nice to see the ruby version of the java example.

Ah yes the Java sucks bandwagon pulling into the station. Hear all the morons getting off. Let's all pile on Java because we write inane code like this one, and claim look how bad Java is. It's not Java. It's the moron who wrote his code that way. Bury this as it's a pointless waste of time.
