PSU law professor and Clark Asay has written a guest post on the Outercurve Foundation blog about the risks associated with using FOSS. It had a bit of legalese, but is an easy and useful read for developers. He concludes, "One of the real risks with FOSS, in short, is to forfeit its advantages for no good reason."
