Since Google App Engine (GAE) announcement many developers are wondering when/if Google App Engine will support Java. As we already know GAE currently supports only Phyton. Do Java developers have to wait for Java support in GAE? In my opinion, no. Two parts screencast shows how to run GWT application on Google App Engine.

Nice screencast.
But the java bit in the title is misleading. Its simply a GWT app using JSON. No GWT rpc or anything related to java on the server.

Agreed. Currently, Java is on the client side only. But (GWT) is also in the title ;) .
