After you work in IT organizations enough, eventually you build up a list of things you would really like to never see again. Sadly they never seem to go out of style.
Thanks, I have also had it with "IT" departments, part of the problem is the fact that an IT shop is a cost center.
My current employer, just like the previous one, sells software (one of the best ways to measure success), and I am part of a profit center, which equates to bigger challenges, paychecks, and much better work environment (they actually listen to us, hard to believe but true).
