Why do you say "any web developer must use"? Many web developers don't even use MSSQL...

Fiddler for whom? Use Firefox + Firebug, you should have a much more superior tool
WCAT for whom? There are a lot of much more powerful and mature tools out there: JMeter, Apache Bench....

I think that the author may want to change the title to: Some useful tools for drag and drop ASP.NET developers
