There are many benefits to creating your own custom builders. Be it setting standards, code reuse, or simply making it easier for other developers to implement your functionality across multiple projects. Writing builders and mastering the creation of them however can be tricky. While IBM provides a lot of documentation and samples, it’s nearly impossible to cover all the areas of builder creation. In this article, we’ll try to address a couple of these lesser-known areas, and provide tips on how to better understand builder creation.
