Today I realized that I have been kind of stubborn about opening up to the idea of not using a cloud (go figure!). When I read articles that ask the question, “Should the enterprise use the cloud?”, I typically get annoyed and respond with “It’s not a binary question.” Enterprises will use clouds for certain applications and not for other applications. However, today I realized, due to my stubbornness, that I have never really focused on reasons for not using a cloud.

Top 10 reasons for not using a browser... [i'm sure anyone can fill in more than 10]... so what? Also the author knows jack about HIPAA. It's not cut and dry as "HIPAA and the clouds can not work". That's pure FUD. Anyone looking for issues with any technology, will find issues.
