There are a lot of people who think Ruby is better than Java, but the intelligent ones should be embarrassed by this:

"Having to put a semi-colon at the end of each line is a waste of time;"

"begin end is sooooo much better than { }"

Maybe the guy's just trying to parody Ruby fanboys. It's hard to say, since that's his first and only post on that blog.

But the content was weak, and arguments provided on par with a high school bullet list.

I'm always weary of authors, over promoting their credentials. And this article really proved the case

While working with some ruby guys on my last project it was funny to watch them debug, almost comical. Go Figure.
