Top 8 Apps for PC developers moving to MAC

For those developers out there still thinking, can I do what I do on Windows/Ubuntu on OSX here is in my opinon top 8 applications that will seriously make you considering switching for good once you have used some of them!

This isn't a list of one-to-one compatible apps. It's a list of Mac tools that Mac lovers love to tout as "innovative", but PC lovers have been using since the 90s (Parallels? seriously? why wouldn't I just stay on my Windows box anyway?).

I'm actually not sure what direction the author wanted to go.
Should this be a list of stuff to convince PC people to leave their Mac? In that case, its pure marketing bullshit.
Is this a list of apps that a PC user can get comfortable with if forced into using a Mac? Then the article completely fails.
