Almost all this people are not related to Java anymore for example.

James Duncan Davidson: A professional photographer and a Ruby on Rails and Mac Developer
Marc Fleury: Retired from Java development.
Craig Mcclanahan: last posts that he have are related to Ruby On Rails.
James Gosling: At the moment nothing related to Java.

Rod, Gavin, Bloch still doing Java.

Kent Beck not clue what his doing.
James Strachan is a Scala guy.

Thanks for the latest update. No matter what are they doing now, these people "did" contributed a lot to the Java community, and changed the way of coding Java, which is undeniable.

Joshua Bloch should be AT LEAST 2nd place (if not 1st). And where's Kohsuke Kawaguchi? EPIC FAIL!
