Twitter adds filters
Twitter’s addition of Hipstamatic and Instagram-style photo filters is a welcome addition — it will bring higher quality pictures to the network. Everybody’s Twitter feed just got a little bit prettier and a little bit more interesting. Yet strangely, some of the more thoughtful tech journalists have set out to burst our collective bubble, puncturing our enthusiasm with the pointed attack of “red herring!”.
