PHP.JS is an open source project trying to port PHP functions to JavaScript. The library can be customized to only include functions you need.

Too bad, I edited the subject (we now ported 400+ functions instead of 396) & lost 9 votes..

It wasn't clear to me the old entry would be deleted & a new one created with 0 votes.

I just don't get it, why would people want PHP functions in Javascript ? Bringing an inconsistent API on the client-side is certainly not going to make things simpler.
