Apache Commons Functor is an Apache Commons component that provides a functional programming API and several patterns implemented (visitor, generator, aggregator, etc). Java 8 has several nice new features, including lambda expressions and functional interfaces. In Java 8, lambdas or lambdas expressions are closures that can be evaluated and behave like anonymous methods. In this post we will see how to use Eclipse Juno, Java 8 and [functor] functional interfaces. An interesting discussion already in reddit :-) http://www.reddit.com/r/java/comments/158q1u/using_apache_commons_functor_functional/
