Just a really quick post here. In my previous post on creating semi-secure file downloads, Todd Rafferty brought up the idea that the reason we want to avoid CFContent is because it loads the entire file into memory before it flushes it to the browser. He made the point that the problem is not so much the tying up of threads via CFContent, but rather the fact that so much RAM was tied up in the file load.
