Valid Bulk Email Solution Without Being Black Listed.
We need to send weekly/monthly newsletters to approximate 1 million subscribers of our sites on regular basis. We were used to send bulk emails to them directly into their inboxes.

I suggest you use www.aweber.com. It contains autoresponder or follow up emails to be used in sending emails to your subscribers. I think it would help.
