I love to hear stories of non-programmers who create software. Something about them warms my heart.
After yoga class tonight, I had a late night bite at my neighborhood sushi bar and I met a guy who runs a local ballet company. He is a trained dancer and choreographer. After covering the comically wonderful situation of being a straight male in the dance profession, I mentioned by way of contrast that I am in the "software business."
