It's a question I'm sure a lot of people have asked: Where are all the C++ web frameworks? I decided to go straight to Bjarne Stroustrup (creator of C++) for the answer.

I'm pretty sure QT is for desktop apps only, at least that's been my experience. It's a graphics/windowing library like gtk or in the java world it would be the equivalent of Swing/SWT.
