This question comes up more times in more blogs than anyone is willing to admit. Now Water & Stone have come out with a free survey that makes deciding on which CMS is top dog easier. It also makes for a good recipe for success

A very limited article. There are many more open-source CMS' out there than are in the article, and best != popular in my book.

Why don't you write an article about CMSs since you seem to know everything about them?
This guy gave us a down vote on our CMS article and left a comment saying:
"wordpress is a cms? "
Somebody that doesn't know that WordPress is a CMS shouldn't be commenting on CMS articles, IMO. Absolutely ridiculous.
