Which open source license should you use?
The Outercurve Foundation's technical director Stephen Walli has written a guide for selecting open source licenses. It provides an overview of many OSI approved licenses and what considerations should be made about your project e.g. What is said about patent licensing and litigation? or Are there project specific affinities?
