Who needs wires? Researchers are working on a project for 3 Gb/s wireless data transfer using light!
Researchers at Fraunhofer IPMS will demonstrate a wireless optical device that is more energy- and bandwidth-efficient than radio waves and has the potential to be 100 times faster.
