interesting article.

It's not the first SOE optimisation you should do, but if you can tune easely your server, why not try that too.

Sorry, but no. I've been working in the SEO business and monitoring SEO feeds for years now, and server configuration is, at best, a tertiary consideration. Beyond reliability, most of this is plain wrong. For instance, you do NOT need a dedicated IP to rank well. There are many, many websites on shared hosting environments that do just fine. I won't go into the rest but, suffice to say, if you're concerned about SEO, I suggest you worry more about the, "keywords, content development, meta & title tags and building... link popularity," that Angela so passively dismisses early in the article.
