Microsoft will do the usual things: Microsoft will be in a state of shock for 5 minutes, it will say "there is no money in this market" for the next 5 minutes, and then it will turn around and put all Microsoft resources ($, Guthrie, Hejlsberg, and so on) and it will start competing ... it will be very interesting.

windows 7 is coming out soon, which has gotten lots of good reviews (I have read it's much better than the pile of garbage we know as vista). Microsoft may not have anything to worry about. But, the see to be worried lately..especially with all of the bing press.

Ohh...I can't wait. Now we'll be hearing how this is the year of the Google OS every year for the next 10 years just like we hear from the Linux folks.
