The MEAN stack is a pure JavaScript stack consisting out of four elements: MongoDB, Express, AngularJS and Node.js. In this tutorial I'm going to create a small application that uses this stack by creating a RESTful webservice using Node.js and Express and building a front-end using AngularJS (+ angular-resource).
